i was going through the registers news pages today to find more info about a few things and found the following page

a few of you may think oh well it's sorted. but this is the kinda idiot we made famous, i like a lot of princes music. but now since he tragets fan sites, and photoshop contests (b3ta) (linky) yeah it;s harmless fun for members of b3ta. it's not like the infamous vigin compo (linky), that deserved to come offline, ( i dont shock easilly some of the shit on that made me uneasy)

but anyway back to prince. he bullies people with websherriff and DMCA notices. well under united kingdom laws i am sure they mean fuck all. (even if the server is in america.) i also remember this as a result of the owner of cr3ative media mentioning the same on the /talk board. but it makes me wonder what powers does websherrif actually have under UK law.
i admit copyright is copyright, but when a photo is edited who owns the copyright, the original owner holds the copyright on the main image but the rest is copyrighted to the editor.
i (when is possible) ask for permission when editing photos. but it does make me think that one day i could be stung due to websherrif or someone who dont check there emails for "request to modify" requests.

buchanan clark and wells - Utter Twats

well here is my first post in ages. (it's a long one)

this begins when i moved fro0m the old smackhead den, viceroy court.
some cute lass offers me the chance to change from powergen to southern electric (oops), me like a stupid twat decide "fuck it go for it" thinking all will be good.

then me and my landlord fell out, (yes partly my fault and a lot more of it abbey national's fault for failing to help me reduce the risk of charges, wiping my rent out in seconds.)
all got sorted, then after much discussions and isues with the flat. i was homeless.

i done the right things, contacted utilities, council, NTL and o2 everyone was sound with this apart from SOUTHERN ELECTRIC

i had complied with them as much as i physically could.

1. i provided an up to date final meter reading.
2. i also explained that me and my landloer had had no tenancy aggreement for over a year, as he was a busy man and failed to send it off. they were ok with this as me and my partner were going into temporary accomodation together,

the bill came to approx £30-£40. i offered them an address to contact me about paying this (as my card was a no go area. luckily now i know what i have thanks to wifey)

months went by and i recieved nothing from southern electric.

so i contacted them at great cost (as at the time i only had my mobile which was 45p a min and more to 0870 numbers) over a yer to try and resolve this.

nothing still. after a year and a discussion with the CAB they told me to stop chasing them as it would be causing a greater cost to myself than the bill is owed. i compy with this and write to inform them of this, with a number to call me on.

6 months later i get a call, from southern electric about this, asking why i had not paid. i explained the whole bloody lot again, the charming guy spoke to his manager, a quite cute sounding lass. they aggreed that as nothing had been sent to me, the debt should be written off at there discresion. (i WAS WILLING TO PAY IT AT THAT TIME ) they apologised for nothing coming back to me about this and assured me it was done and dusted. YAYS - like fuck

then they write to me at my current address in febuary. claiming i owe £250 odd.

i phone them and explain, they tell me it was re-opened as they never recieved a tennancy aggreement. which i dont have as it was never sent.

i explain i will be in touch in a few weeks once i contact the council. to get more proof.

this would take some time as it has to be sorted in writing.

while waiting buchanan clark and wells decied to take over the situation (thanks cunts)

i have explained the siuation to them on copius occasions, faxed them documents, and been ignored.

now there threatened to send me debt officers to my door, so i have informed them any indication of one of them i will get them arrested, for harrassment.
and if the police dont turn up i am allowed to use reasonable force. (black eyes or dog bites LOL)

this is a public message to buchanan clark and wells FUCK YOU YE FUCKING IDIOTS. I HAVE TRIED TO RESOLVE THIS WITH YOU FOR AGES, SO I ASSURE YOU THAT I WILL TAKE YOU TO COURT OVER THIS ISSUE.
